About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, safety, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills, along with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to achieve successful project outcomes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to define project scope and objectives.

  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Plan labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractor requirements for each project phase.

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets to control costs within approved financial limits.

  • Coordinate daily activities with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Schedule and lead project meetings to review progress and resolve project issues.

  • Monitor construction progress against project schedules and ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to construction sites.

  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all construction activities.

  • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures to minimise delays.

  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work meets contractual and quality requirements.

  • Prepare project reports, contracts, site records, and other required documentation.

  • Coordinate project handover, final inspections and client acceptance procedures.           

What We Look For

  • Proven experience in a Construction Project Manager role.

  • Strong planning, project coordination and leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaborate with team to solve complex issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
